Welcome to Zinc Academy Education

Zinc Academy is a Vancouver hair school dedicated to the continued education of hairdressers. The Academy offers a range of classes for different levels of stylists in cutting and colour. The courses are designed to enhance technical and creative skills, and to provide inspiration to it’s students so that they can achieve a higher level of excellence in their trade. The Academy is lead by Sarah Vernon-Smith, the former leading Educator of Sassoon’s Academy in London. Sarah believes in utilizing demonstrations and practical hands-on workshops in every class offered. She leads a team of instructors who also have impressive accolades, including Sassoon educators who have represented their brand by educating and sharing their creativity internationally. We believe that the key to success in any industry is exposure to new concepts, trends, and techniques. Zinc Academy prides itself on providing high quality education for stylists to develop professional skills with creativity and efficiency.
